Pittsburgh Portrait Photographer | Anna

Posted on September 3rd, 2014

I haven’t even known Anna a year yet but she’s become my closest friend and one of my biggest supporters in my transition into a full time photography business.  This was a last minute shoot one evening and she was willing to climb through the fields (luckily there were just lots of bunnies no bugs) and sprint back to the car for our 2nd location as we tried to beat the setting sun.  I don’t know why it’s taken us this long to plan a shoot together!  These are some of my favorite images from this summer.

Thanks for Visiting!

I am so glad you stopped by! For the next few weeks, this blog will be a little quiet! Gabrielle Halle Photography is jumping into a new season and I am so excited for the wonderful brides and grooms, high school seniors, and young families that I get to work with in the upcoming months. If you would like to be a part of my photography season, please just use the contact form and I would love to talk with you and plan your portrait experience. Until then, check back in a few weeks to see the new changes, some great weddings and portrait sessions, and a little behind-the-scenes with me as I tell my story along the way.

Pittsburgh Portrait Photographer | Bre and Marc

Posted on January 8th, 2014

Without a doubt, Bre is one of my favorite people to have in front of my camera (and behind it). I met her through a local photography group and she’s helped me out with several shoots since including the Sewickley Styled Shoot, and Alexis‘ and Brittany’s senior sessions. But my absolutely favorite was when I got to shoot her new branding pictures for her own photography business. Bre’s boyfriend surprised her with a visit home for Christmas and of course I jumped at the chance to shoot a mini session along the river in Sewickley before he left. I love the white sunlight of winter and this day was beautiful and the two of them were so much fun despite the cold (and despite getting stopped by a cop – NO we were not doing anything illegal!).  Happy New Year!
